We offer a 1 Year limited manufacturer warranty for all Massage guns & Recovery products. Our Compression Boots have a limited 18 Month Warranty. Please refer to our Warranty section for further details.

How do I switch my massage Gun on?

Pro: Turn on switch under battery to on, Press middle button on head unit, Press again for level 1-3.

2.0: Place battery into Massage Gun, Hold the top button on handle, until it lights up, press the button below to change through Levels 1-5.

How long do I charge my Massage Gun For?

Pro: 2 Hours

2.0: 2-3 Hours

How long can I use my Massage Gun for at any one time?

We recommend using the Massage Gun for no longer then 2-3 minutes per muscle group, we suggest not running the massage gun for more than 10 minutes at any one time.

Can I use my Massage Gun while Plugged into the charger?

No, please do not switch the massage gun on while plugged into the power adapter.

Can anybody use compression boots?

We recommend if you have had any blood clots or have previously had a stroke, to consult your GP before using them. If you have any other serious health conditions we would also recommend consulting your GP before use.

How do I connect the hoses for my compression boots?

Each hose & attachment has a little triangle to connect into, please only connect the correct hose into the correct adapter to avoid any malfunction.


Can I use my Compression Boots whilst on charge?

Yes, Our Compression Boots can be used whilst plugged into the power adapter, alternatively they can be charged & used with out power adapter for 2 + Hours.

How long should I use my Compression Boots For?

We recommend using our Compression Boots between 20-60 Minutes. Shorter cycles are better for warm up, Longer cycles are better for muscle Recovery.
