Rapid Recovery Fitness ensures all customers are satisfied with their purchase. You have 45 days to return your item with a 100% Money Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied with your Rapid Recovery Fitness purchase (excluding, Lacrosse Balls, Foam Rollers and Resistance Bands).

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within the first 45 days from your purchase date. If you are returning the item within the first 45 days, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@rrfitness.com.au

To be eligible, your item must be in the original packaging, unopened and unused.

Rapid Recovery Fitness does not cover Shipping Cost for Returns or Exchanges and we advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost shipments. 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

We will send you an email once we have received and inspected your item. We will also notify you if your refund has been accepted or rejected.

If your refund has been accepted we will automatically refund the total amount to your credit card or original payment of method, this may take up to 7 business days.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Rapid Recovery Fitness will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@rrfitness.com.au
